I've been using Timewerks for a year now tracking a dozen projects or so with daily tasks.
I export the data monthly for invoicing. Every time I export I get the full data set of tasks.
What's the best way to erase the tasks that I have exported and billed?
I think I tried using the Timewerks invoicing function, but billed tasks showed up as well as unbilled ones. Short of deleting each individual task -- is there a way to clear the database at the end of a project or time period?
Thanks.

Brossbach,

Currently, there is no way to exclude the billed tasks from the export. Basically, the data export gives you a CSV or TSV version of your entire database. You could import the data into a spreadsheet or db of your choice and then filter the data that way. I'll think about a good way to add the functionality you need to a future release (i.e. a custom export).
