Hello,

I'm new in this forum and just recently purchased the app Timewerks for my Iphone.
For all I know now it is a great feature on my Iphone(3) But I run into a problem...
Can someone explane to me "How does it work correctly to fill in payments to my invoices"?

Example: for 1 client I produced 3 different invoices on 3 different dates. If I fill in payments on two of them(the first two wich I've send to my client earlier), It seems that the app reduce the payments of the first two invoices to the 3rd invoice... and then it seems to reduce the total open amount left on the third invoice...

Does anyone know where'd I go wrong?

Thnx for reply,

AK,

Thanks for your post. Sorry for the confusion. Payments should be applied to each individual invoice via the "add payment" action on each invoice detail screen. The best way to "fix" your situation is to first delete all the payments for the 3 invoices and start over. First navigate into each invoice via the invoice detail view, then tap the detail disclosure button next to payments to go to the payments view. Tap edit, then delete each payment (first write down any info you might need to reenter later). Finally, navigate to each individual invoice and apply the payments for that invoice.
