Hi Stephen.  I just started using your app and I like it.  I was wondering, however if you have considered (or if it in fact exists) creating software that could be used on a Mac that would sync with the app.  Basically just the same exact interface, but I could control it with my mac so that when I am not in the field, but working at my desk I can log my hours that way.  I bounce back and forth between video projects and it would be fantastic to be able to start and stop that timer on my screen and not worry anymore about missing out on cash because I forgot to log the hours or had to estimate down because I don't have the exact times...Is that hard to do?  I would buy it!  Or is there something that exists currently that I could sync with your app???

JJ,

Thanks for your feedback. We have had several requests for this type of feature, and we are currently working on a version of Timewerks that will sync with a web-based repository.  Stay tuned for more details in the coming weeks.

Regards,
Stephen

The app I used to use on my Palm Tungsten (retired by the Palm Pre) was Time to Time by Tom Thumb Software and the best feature was that it would sync with Quick Books Pro allowing me to track time with clients on the Palm and everything would sync directly to Quick Books where I keep track of all my company information eliminating the need for double entry.

Thanks

I'm surprised there are not more people writing in about this.  Lots of lookers but few opinions.  This would be a great option and I sincerely hope it comes to pass.

Hi Jim,

Thanks for your comments. Are you most interested in the web-based companion or Quickbooks integration?

I will add my vote (or two). I used to use the program TimeTracker on my Windows Mobile phone, and it sync'd with Quickbooks. That would be useful, but if I had to choose, I would like to have access to the equivalent on the web. Might even be willing to pay a subscription fee for this.
As I have said before, this is a very powerful app, and I am very satified with the development progress, and the level of support. First class!
