Some users have reported problems accessing the Timewerks web server via their web browser.
If you cannot acces your backup data, try the following steps:
- From the iPhone home screen tap Settings
- Then tap Wi-Fi
- Under "Choose a Network", find the network name you are connected to (i.e. the one with the check mark next to the name) and click the blue button with the arrow inside of it.
- Under "IP Address" you will see your phone's IP address. Write down that number.
- Finally, try connecting with your web browser using the number. For example if the number is 192.168.1.3, then try connecting via http://192.168.1.3:8080
