No joy on the data export, I've read the sticky posted above and have tried to access the data on my desktop PC on the same network.

Tried the following:

http://localhost.local:8080
http://192.168.1.68:8080

Just keep getting the "Connection Interrupted - The document contains no data." when trying to view this using Firefox.

The Timewerks Data Export page states "Success!" and is serving the data via a built-in web server.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Thanks,
Simon

Hi Squiggley,

The only thing I can think of if that there is some other service on your computer/network that is using port 8080 for HTTP traffic. Or, if you are using a router, it may be blocking port 8080.  You can email us at support@sorth.com and we will try to help you find the problem.

Thanks much.

Thanks Stephen,

Your answer was correct with regards to the router I was using, this indeed was blocking communication with the IPhone. I managed to changed to a less restrictive router provided by my ISP and the "Data Export" server worked, only issue now is the IPhone's wireless connection keeps dropping when the screen goes off.

OMG! Please hurry with the email support. I hoped to be able to email my time report to my secretary to enter, but alas, I now have to give her my phone because the export function is wholly jacked! I thought this app would be a life saver, but it is actually more of nightmare than my old paper method. Thanks--and please hurry!

You can email your secretary the report. You must simple create an invoice with all the hours you wish her to enter and then email her that invoice. Please email support@sorth.com if you need help creating your first invoice.

Thanks!
