I'm a new user to Timewerks.  I used to have a Palm Treo and I used a program called AllTime to track my hours.  I have a couple of questions regarding the app.

1)  I've had some icons on the phone shuffle around.  Currently Timewerks has the icon from YouPark, another application on my new iPhone 3G s.  I've done a little research and this "icon exchange" seems to be a system problem.  I was told at the AT&T store where I purchased my phone to do a re-install.  My question is this:  Will this move erase all the modifications I've done to Timewerks (work items, clients, projects, etc.)?

2)  When I go to "More" then click on "Taxes" I seem to get stuck in a loop between "Edit" and "Done".  I can't get back to "More" unless I push the button at the bottom right of the screen.  Is this the design intent?

Hi Jrerickson,

Thanks for your email and your post. Yes, we have see the "icon exchange" issue on our own device a few times. Answers to your questions:

1) If you do a reinstall of Timewerks, you will lose your application data. However, you should be able to do a "backup" of your device (in iTunes, right click your device and choose backup) before you reinstall Timewerks. Then, after you reinstall Timewerks, if you "restore" from that backup (i.e. right click and choose restore), you should be able to restore your app data.  Please note, a restore will restore all your iphone's data, not just your Timewerks data.  To be safe, you can download a copy of the actual sqlite database that timewerks uses to store it's data using the Data Export feture. We will be adding a restore from backup function in to timewerks that will enable to restore this data.

2) Yes, this is only way to "get back" to the main screen from the taxes view. The issue. We need to move the edit button to the right corner along side the +. I will add this to the feature list.
